Outdoor LED Lighting
This is a commercial project of replacing a ground bollard style fixture that was damaged during snow removal. Matched perfectly with updated LED lighting that color matches the previous high intensity discharge style fixtures. Energy efficiency & designer quality light matching.
Exterior Service Upgrades
These are from whole house remodeling performed by contractors or homeowners.
1st picture is an exterior 200-amp overhead service upgrade with below grade entrance into panel.
Next is an exterior 100-amp overhead service upgrade & a before pic.
Followed by (2) samples of switching upgrades to décor style switches with dimmers and remote switching to place controls together where you need it. The 1st (2) devices in 1st pic are wireless remote switches coupled with (2) hardwired switches. Dimmer upgrades to accommodate energy efficient LED bulbs.
Garage and EV Charging
This is part of the whole house project of rewiring garage with an underground 100 amp feeder to 12/24 circuit breaker panel. Install fixtures & receptacles where the power and lighting is desired. This also provides the necessary power for a level 2 EV charging station (not pictured).
Whole Home Rewiring
Here we are showing samples of a whole house wiring project including ½ bath wiring updates, exterior lighting update on house to match garage exterior fixtures, master bedroom LED fireplace wiring with remote control, then another example of adding wireless switching to existing hard-wired switches at front door entrance. Lastly, here’s a picture of our technician installing sub panel cover which provides 30 additional circuit spaces.
Adding Power Receptacles and Fixtures
Here we shows where we added (2) duplex receptacles to an existing room. Providing safe use of power where you need it. The next (3) pics are samples of master bath wiring project depicting 6” LED low profile recessed fixtures, ultra quiet exhaust fan, counter gfci receptacles, in-floor-heat thermostat for warm tiles, finally a great sample of designer wall fixtures with overhead lighting at vanity.
Hard Wired Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Detecters
Our 1st (2) pics show 120-volt interconnected smoke detecters with battery backup (1 per bedroom) & 1 outside of room, & a combination smoke/carbon monoxide detecter (1 per floor). Next is the master closet with awesome 6” led low profile recessed fixture lighting.
Other Electrical Improvements
A sample of electrical improvements; adding receptacles to an existing room, adding a designer wall fixture, ½ bath/powder room devices, ultra quiet exhaust fan ducted to exterior, service expansion of a circuit breaker sub panel, a main control dimmer switch that works with wireless remote switches, these are also wifi compatible switches, lastly is side entry foyer fixture positioned to illuminate a dark stairwell.
Service Panel Upgrades with GCFI Receptacle
Here we are sharing a 200-amp service panel upgrade, with grounding to water meter with jumper, and a gfci receptacle for a high efficiency water heater blower fan.
Basement Recessed Fixtures and Service Upgrade
Lower-level multipurpose room with 6” led low profile recessed fixtures to maximize feel and look of a bigger room. Next are some great sample pics of 200-amp service upgrade and sub panel all pictured together.
Kitchen Remodeling
Kitchen remodel project depicting horizontal receptacle at counter of island (can you find it?), pendent fixtures over island with area led 6” low profile recessed fixtures, and built if refrigerator (wiring unseen). Followed by (2) pics of mud/laundry room(s) including counter receptacles & 6” led low profile recessed fixtures. Whole Home Remodeling
Whole house remodel pics of dining, living room, and (2) of kitchens entire space. This project was completed over 4 months from start to finish.
Detached Garage Feeding and Trenching
100-amp underground feeder (2 black wires with 1 black wire with yellow tracer that goes to the detached garage. Followed by pic marking underground wire out to the orange cone that will be location of new garage. Then of the carpenters breaking by our 200 amp underground service where feeder is buried to garage.
This was a whole house remodel with a new garage and 1000 sqft 2 story addition. We can do ALL this or add any part to your home.
